Daily Ai Generated Challenges

With ShortReps, you'll receive a new set of bodyweight exercises each day. Our AI is designed to curate a balanced routine, ensuring that the chosen exercises work out most of your key muscle groups comprehensively. This intelligent approach guarantees a varied and effective daily workout that adapts to your needs, all without the need for special equipment.

Failing a Challege

A Challenge is marked as failed if you don't complete all exercises by day's end. Failing a challenge will result in the loss of your daily streak.

Succeeding a Challege

A Challenge is marked as a success if you perform all exercises before a day ends.

Progression

Once you complete all your assigned exercises for the day, we'll ask you a quick question about how you found them. This feedback helps our AI adjust your Exercise Level for the next day, ensuring your workouts are always just right.
